By using MOMENT, users agree to return garments on time, in clean wearable condition, through the designated locker. Late returns may incur additional fees, and visible damage or staining may result in repair or replacement charges.

 

Subscription payments renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the billing date. Benefits, including waived locker fees and priority access, apply only while accounts remain active and in good standing.

 

Garments remain property of MOMENT. Accounts may be suspended for misuse, non-payment, or repeated policy violations. Use of the platform confirms acceptance of these terms.
