Refund Policy

All rentals must be returned to the same locker within the designated timeline, typically 48 hours after the rental start or event date. Automatic reminders are sent before return deadlines. Late returns reduce availability for other users and may incur daily charges.

MOMENT manages professional cleaning between rentals. Customers are not required to wash items themselves, but excessive damage or staining may result in additional costs.

Swap submissions must be modern, clean, and event-appropriate. Accepted garments generate rental credits, rejected items may be returned or donated at the user’s request.
